Multi-camming in VR is structurally different from 2D multi-camming: both native platforms run on the same camera pipeline. Dreamcam's ecosystem powers Stripchat VR - so one stereoscopic feed serves Dreamcam itself, Stripchat VR, and the resellers (SLR, VRPorn.com) at the same time. You are not running two independent setups; you are running one show on four storefronts.

How the pipeline works

  • Register as a Dreamcam model (registration, Model Hub).
  • During registration, activate the "Join Stripchat VR" tab (or apply via the model support chat with your Stripchat token and nickname) - that connects your feed to Stripchat's VR section.
  • The same broadcast then also reaches SLR Cams and VRPorn.com camgirls automatically, as resellers of the Dreamcam feed.

What to decide as a multi-cammer

  1. Main room. Pick one platform as your primary room - usually Stripchat VR for discovery (it has search and a VR filter) or Dreamcam for its VR-native, high-intent audience. The main room gets your chat energy; the other rooms still earn.
  2. Pricing parity is not required. The same person can price differently per platform - and the public data (our index, the platforms' own menus) makes that visible to users. A common pattern: identical tip-menu structure, private band positioned per platform's norms.
  3. Nicknames. Keeping the same nickname across platforms is the single biggest usability favor you can do your audience - cross-platform recognition is how regulars follow you. Our index automatically links same-nickname candidates on model profiles.
