Common problems, fixed: buffering in 6K is usually Dreamcam's encoder/CDN having a bad day - the 4K layer smooths it out. A black screen in the browser is autoplay blocking - tap once. A flat picture means you opened the 2D stream; VR mode is a separate toggle on the model page.
